Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Everyone! We're all go with it! We found this Santa jacket months ago, yet had no idea how big I'd be right now. Only the seams under my arms had to be unpicked to get me in!

These days - I'm still not into rolling and my mum's trying to be okay about it... I've been sitting for 2 months though, complete with leaning over so far that I fall into a crawling position! I recognise the people I see heaps, could live on banana all day if allowed, and can giggle and giggle and giggle (but if I giggle too much, I'll power chuck)!

We've Moved!

Just as I was about to turn 6 months old, we left a life by the beach and shifted! It was good bye to the Kapiti Coast and hello to the Sunny Wairarapa! Though sometimes that's hard to believe. I learnt about wind, big time in my first week here!

What am I up to these days? Eating everything that's tested out on me (getting all spotty on strawberries), treating the bath like a swimming pool and refusing to go to sleep on my own (and when those parents of mine tough love that out - I sure do my best to tell the neighbours about it! Blah!). Best of all, I've learnt to clap! As for fascinations? Leaves, flowers and the toy that Dad calls my 'magic butterfly'. Above all though, I am soooo into the butterfly mobile in my bedroom!

Okay - so I have a techno Mum & Dad

I'm only 5 months old, but hey, they just couldn't resist it. Mum & Dad have set me up with a blog. And what's a blog? It's an online journal/diary. Cool!!!

So, what am I up to these days? I'm 5 months & 2 weeks old, weigh 6.2kgs and can sit for up for as long as it takes Mum to count to 20. She's hoping I can roll by now, but sitting's much more fun and much less effort! :) I giggle heaps if I get tickled under the arm or play with a balloon. I still sleep through the night...most nights, unless hungry and have been all over New Zealand already.

Now get this... Mum & Dad have just bought a bit of dirt (with a house on it), yesterday! 11 acres in Masterton with grass about '9 inches high' said my Dad. We move out of this beach-view rental house in Paraparaumu in just one week. First up though, we have to camp up at my Uncle Andy & Aunty Megan's rental til Jan 8th, so my Dad can start being a Real Estate man over there.

Okay! That's my life so far...
